How do recurring subscriptions work?

Your Health Note Scribe subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You'll be charged the current subscription rate using your stored payment method.

How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our support team through Intercom or email help_scribe@healthnote.com. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy includes the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours (3 business days) of the charge

  • The subscription must not have been used to generate any notes during the period after the charge

  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods

  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Can I get a refund after the 72-hour window?

No, refund requests made after the 72-hour window cannot be processed. Please ensure you cancel any unwanted subscriptions before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
