This feature will give you the option to provide explicit feedback through "like" and "dislike" actions; this will allow Health Note to gather information and understand your preferences.

As an added value, this feature will allow you to make granular changes at the note section level.

Once you’ve finished your visit and generated a note, you will be presented with "Thumbs up" and "Thumbs down" buttons under each section of the Note - clicking the "Thumbs down" button will allow for regeneration of the note.

Clicking the Thumbs up button will open a pop-up window where you can share your positive feedback. You can choose from the given options, type in your comments under the “Additional feedback” section, or both.

Clicking the Thumbs down button will open a pop-up window where you’ll be able to rate specific aspects of the Note generated from 1 to 5 stars (5 being the best rating). You will also see an option to “Try Again with Custom Instructions”.

When using the option to “Try Again with Custom Instructions”, you will be able to convert your custom selection into a template by checking the “Turn into a custom template” box. This will preserve the custom instructions for that section, along with any other existing instructions, for future use.

If you choose to save your custom instructions as a template, you will see a confirmation message that reads “Template … created successfully”.
