Does the patient have the ability to go back and edit their questionnaire after they have completed it?

Once a patient has completed their questionnaire, they are unable to go back and edit any of the questions. This is due to security reasons. We authenticate the questionnaire by the date of birth. If someone had the link and date of birth, they would be able to enter the questionnaire and see all of the information entered.
