How to Access All of the Message Templates in the Health Note Dashboard

This guide details how to access all the message templates Health Note has in its configuration. It will show which messages are manual, automatic, and telehealth, as well as their schedules.

Step 1:

Access the Health Note Dashboard and click on the 'i' in the top right corner near the 'settings' gear.

Step 2:

Select the option called 'Message Sending Details'

Step 3:

Three drop-downs that contain all of the message templates will appear. Select one and click done. Depending on your specific setup, not all templates may be available for setup.
