Troubleshooting Your Microphone on Your Mobile Device

If you are having issues with your microphone on your mobile device, please follow these steps:
Check Your Mobile Microphone Settings
Android
Go to the Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Microphone
Make sure the browser you are using for Health Note has microphone permission
If your browser is blocked from permission, click on the browser and update the permissions to allow access
iPhone
Go to the Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone
Make sure your browser is toggled on to get microphone access
Safari Mobile Browser
On iPhone, go to the Settings > Safari > Microphone
Select Allow for microphone access on all websites
