Troubleshooting Your Microphone on Your Mobile Device

If you are having issues with your microphone on your mobile device, please follow these steps:

Check Your Mobile Microphone Settings

Android

  • Go to the Settings > Privacy > Permission manager > Microphone

  • Make sure the browser you are using for Health Note has microphone permission

  • If your browser is blocked from permission, click on the browser and update the permissions to allow access

iPhone

  • Go to the Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone

  • Make sure your browser is toggled on to get microphone access

Safari Mobile Browser

  • On iPhone, go to the Settings > Safari > Microphone

  • Select Allow for microphone access on all websites
