Go to the left side panel that displays all your visits.
Go to the visit you'd like to delete.
Hover over the visit with your cursor and a garbage can will appear.
Click on the garbage can and confirm you'd like to delete the encounter.
Be careful! Once you delete a visit, you cannot get it back!
