Once you have connected Apple Health with the HealthTick App, automatically all your steps data will be synced with our app and your steps for the day get refreshed every 10 seconds.
It might happen that by accident or due to some policy from Apple, the permissions from Apple Health are revoked and in that case HealthTick won't be able to access your steps in real-time. Your older steps will remain intact but current steps will not be updated and you might see 0 in the step tracker.
Please follow the steps as shown to ensure that Apple Health permissions have not been revoked.
For versions below iOS 17:
Open Settings and scroll down to find Health, then follow from step 3
For iOS 17 and above:
Open Settings, and scroll down to Apps
2. Scroll down to find Health
3. Open Health and click on Data Access & Devices
4. Find HealthTick and click on it
5. Ensure that steps permissions are on, and restart the HealthTick app.
