Overview
We would like to inform our customers of a temporary change regarding the cellular weight scales supplied as part of our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program.
Due to a temporary depletion of our inventory for the HA302 - Cellular Weight Scale (HealthArc), we have replenished our stock with an alternate device, the Weight Scale(VS-HA302).
Although the branding on the device is different, the Weight Scale(VS-HA302) is functionally identical to the HealthArc HA302 scale and provides the same user experience and performance.
What's Changing?
The product currently available for ordering in the HealthArc portal is:
Weight Scale(VS-HA302) under "Cellular" Device Type drop-down menu.
To ensure uninterrupted device fulfillment, orders will temporarily be fulfilled with:
Weight Scale(VS-HA302)
This temporary inventory change affects orders placed on or after June 25, 2026.
Is the VS Weight Scale Different?
No.
The Weight Scale(VS-HA302):
Uses the same device model and hardware
Has the same physical design and functionality
Operates in the same manner as the HealthArc HA302 Cellular Weight Scale
Can be used exactly as the HealthArc-branded device
The only noticeable difference is the branding displayed on the device.

Ordering Through the HealthArc Portal
When placing device orders, select Weight Scale(VS-HA302) from the order module in the HealthArc portal.
The HealthArc fulfillment team will automatically ship the Weight Scale(VS-HA302) while this temporary inventory change is in effect.
Patient RPM Configuration
When configuring the patient's RPM settings:
Select Weight Scale (VS)
Enter the IMEI number from the Weight Scale(VS-HA302)
The device will function normally without any additional configuration.
Duration of This Change
This is a one-time inventory substitution.
The alternate is expected to be supplied only for the next few months.
Once the temporary inventory has been exhausted, HealthArc will resume shipping the standard HealthArc-branded HA302 Cellular Weight Scale.

Why did I receive a Weight Scale(VS-HA302) instead of a HealthArc scale?
Our inventory of the HealthArc-branded HA302 Cellular Weight Scale was temporarily exhausted. To avoid delays in patient care, we are fulfilling orders with the functionally identical Weight Scale(VS-HA302).
Is the VS Weight Scale compatible with HealthArc?
Yes. The Weight Scale(VS-HA302) is fully compatible with the HealthArc platform and should be used in the same way as the HealthArc HA302 Cellular Weight Scale.
Do I need to order a different product in the portal?
Yes. Select Weight Scale(VS-HA302) while ordering from the portal.
Do I need to select a different device type in the patient's RPM settings?
Yes. Select Weight Scale (VS) and enter the IMEI from the Weight Scale(VS-HA302).
Will this change be permanent?
No. This is a temporary inventory substitution. HealthArc plans to resume fulfillment with the standard HealthArc-branded HA302 Cellular Weight Scale once inventory is replenished.
