Once the main member has registered and logged into Member Area they will be asked if they would like to add dependant details.

We would recommend registering dependant details at this point so they can access their Member Area, and benefit from the functionality whether that’s checking the status of relevant claims, checking their hospital cover or booking a healthcoach face to face consultation.
