Registering for Member Area is quick and easy.

Visit where you will be asked to log in or register. 

To register you need the following information:

• Your e-mail address
• Your date of birth
• Your membership number

You will be asked to create and confirm your password.

Once you register and log in to Member Area you will be asked if you would like to add dependant details. We would recommend adding dependant details at this point so they can access their Member Area, and benefit from the functionality whether that’s checking the status of relevant claims, checking their hospital cover or booking a healthcoach face to face consultation.
