By signing up to Prescriber Pro, you will have the ability to list treatments, screen patients, prescribe, and dispense β all through your pharmacy or our network.
What can I expect from the onboarding process?
Step 1: Once you have signed up to Prescriber Pro, a member of the Onboarding team will call you to introduce themselves.
Step 2: The Onboarding team will schedule a call to go through the Prescribing journeys in Connect and outline what we need from you to get your clinic set up.
Step 3: You will be sent an onboarding form to complete. Once this has been completed, we will have all the information we need to set up your clinic.
Step 4: We will let you know once your clinic has been built, and you can start prescribing for your patients!
How do I prescribe in Connect?
You will need to set up a login for Connect with prescribing permissions. This will be linked to the email address you have provided to us on your onboarding form.
To set up a password, use this email and the 'Forgot password' option.
When you log in, you will have a new 'Prescribing' tab on the left hand side.
If you already have a log in, we will change the permissions on our system so you can access the Prescribing tab with the same login.
Once logged in:
Any new orders will go into 'Unassigned'.
2. Click on 'Assign' to assign the order to a prescriber.
3. Select the prescriber and click 'Assign'. The order will then move to the 'Assigned' tab. From here, you can click on the order and view the patients information and their questionnaire.
4. You can then review the order request and 'Decline', 'Prescribe' or 'Change Product'.
5. If you have prescribed the product, the order will then move into 'Pending' in the orders tab to manage as normal.
