Set up a consultation room

Before you can set up a service, you'll need at least one consultation room in place. This guide gets you there in six quick steps.

  1. Go to the Services page

    Head to connectme.healthera.co.uk/services in your browser.

  2. Click "Consultation rooms"

    Select the Consultation rooms tab from the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  3. Click "Add new room"

    You'll find this button in the top-right corner. This opens the Add New Room pop-up.

  4. Click the Room name field

    Click into the Room name field inside the pop-up to start typing.

  5. Type a name for the room

    Enter a clear, descriptive name — for example, Consultation Room 01. This is the name you'll see when assigning rooms to services.

  6. Click "Create room"

    Hit Create Room to confirm. Your new room will now appear in the Consultation rooms list and be available to assign when setting up a service.
