Before you start
Disabling a service removes it from search results and prevents new bookings, but it doesn't delete the service. You can re-enable it any time without losing your settings, content, payment, or schedule configuration.
Existing bookings already on your calendar will not be affected.
A disabled service appears with a red Disabled status in your services list, while active services show a green Published status.
Step-by-step guide
1. Open your services list
Navigate to https://connectme.healthera.co.uk/services.
2. Select the service you want to disable
Click on the service you'd like to disable (for example, "Blood Pressure Checks").
3. Click "Disable service"
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings tab and click the Disable service button in the bottom-left corner of the page.
4. Confirm
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking "Do you want to disable the service?" with a note that "Disabling the service will remove it from search results and prevent patients from booking appointments."
Click Disable to confirm.
Once disabled, patients will no longer be able to book this service. The status in your services list will update to Disabled.
Re-enabling a service
To make the service available again, click into it from your services list and use the same button — it will read Enable service for any service that's currently disabled.
