You can view your booked training courses in My Diary, where you will find all information related to the course such as date, time, venue, address, trainer & cost.

You'll receive a notification 24 hours before the course start time to remind you of the upcoming event 🔔

All healthcare and nursing staff are now able to access a large variety of free online training courses through their My Newcross World on the HFGO App. Here staff can search for upcoming training courses and enrol themselves for dates and times that can work around them, staff also have the ability to reschedule and cancel any accepted courses.

To view and book onto a training course. Open your HFGO App 1) Launch Newcross World 2) Go to an environment that you work in e.g. Care Home 3) Click 'optional' 4) Scroll through the courses until you find 'Webinar - All Roles - Epilepsy' 5) Click Enrol 6) Select a webinar date.

**If you are unable to find the course you are looking for in a particular environment you can visit the University in Newcross World, the University houses all our courses. To access this you will need to sign into My Learning via My Newcross here 1) Log into My Learning 2)Scroll down on the home page to 'Newcross Clinical Webinars (England & Wales)' 3)Scroll through the courses until you find 'Webinar - All Roles - Epilepsy' 4)Click Enrol 5)Select a webinar date.
