Step 1: Apply Online

Visit www.newcrosshealthcare.com and apply for available roles. Make sure you have at least six months of paid UK care experience from the past three years. Need help? Use our Live Chat support!

Step 2: Video Interview

We'll invite you to a friendly video interview with your local team. Share your experience, ask questions, and tell us about your availability.

Step 3: References & Background Check

We'll request two references covering your UK care experience - give your referees a heads up to speed things along! You'll also complete your DBS check.

Step 4: Online Training

Complete your Virtual Shift, induction, and Moving & Handling courses at your own pace. These essential modules will set you up for success.

Step 5: Get Set Up

Once everything's approved, you'll receive a text to book your orientation call. Then log in to HealthForceGo® to update your details and availability settings.

Step 6: Start Working!

You're ready to pick up shifts and make a real difference in people's lives! Keep your profile updated and check the app regularly for new opportunities.
