There are several different stages in the process that will be happening at the same time.

Once we have received your references we will immediately be attempting to obtain a reference for the referee’s who we have your permission to contact.
You can see the individual status of each reference by clicking on the Reference section in your application.

Your application will ask you for documents to be uploaded in order for us to check that you have the right to work in the UK, please upload these documents at your earliest convenience.
Once we have received your documents, we will be checking their validity, your application will show the status of this.

We require either a Portable DBS number or documents uploaded which allow us to apply for an Enhanced DBS on your behalf.
Please bear in mind if you are providing us with a Portable DBS number, your existing DBS must be Enhanced and for Adults & Children.
Once we have received your documents we will be checking their validity and applying for a DBS on your behalf, the DBS section in your application will show the progress of this.

Our custom Virtual Shift is an excellent place for you to show us your skills in providing care in a care home setting. This can be access by clicking on the Virtual Shift section in your application, please complete this at your earliest convenience to help speed up your application!

Once we have the above complete you will be invited to a Welcome Meeting. This is where you can have a conversation with your Hub Recruiters and explain your current experience and aspirations. In this conversation your Hub Recruiter will explain how we can help develop you using our free online training and will explain what life is like working for Newcross Healthcare.

When you have completed your Welcome Meeting we will be sending you a Health Declaration to complete and you will need to complete two more e-learning courses; the Company Induction and a Moving & Handling course.
When this has all been received you will be sent your contract to sign in our HealthForceGo app and can book placements immediately!
