Allows join codes to connect agency account to agency account (whether captive or independent connections) to build full sub-agency hierarchies.
Medicare history checks & Medicaid eligibility checks
This uses the CMS BEQ API (similar to MARx) to pull a client's Medicare information (Part A/B effective dates, current Medicare plan, etc) and Medicaid information (eligibility, Medicaid level, LIS level)
Call recording & dialer
Call out of our platform, record calls, save to Contact profiles for 10 years.
Client self-enrollment (PURL)
Send a link for client to self-enroll - with your NPN attached.
Activity log per contact
See who did what, whether you, or a colleague, or your client (via Intake).
Track & resume quotes sent
Send quotes out, see a log of quotes sent, and re-enter them.
