Refer to your current commission schedule for payment details.

*Rules listed above are to the best of our knowledge, subject to change without notice. For official up-to-date rules, ask the carrier. HealthSherpa for Medicare is not involved in HRA bonus payments. If we don't list a bonus, just means we aren't aware of the bonus (if you are, let us know).

Accessing HRA forms

After submitting an integrated enrollment, HRA forms can be accessed from the last page of the enrollment flow – the Application Submitted page – or from the Contact’s Profile page inside your HealthSherpa Medicare account.

The Application Submitted page

After successfully submitting an enrollment, you'll land here. Click the Complete Health Risk Assessment button to launch the HRA:

If you're using eSignature, the client will be the one seeing this Application Submitted page, but you'll have access to the link from their Contact Profile page – see below.

The Contact’s Profile page

After the enrollment is submitted, on the Contact's Profile page, you can access the HRA form by selecting the HRA button.

Types of HRA

Some HRA forms will keep you in the enrollment flow, others will direct you to the Carrier's own hosted HRA form, or just link to their website.
