This article covers how to access the Delete Case tab, confirm the deletion, and understand how long deleted data remains recoverable.
Step 1: Open Case Settings
Open the case and click the Case Settings tab.
Step 2: Select the Delete Case tab
Click the Delete Case tab in the left panel.
Step 3: Confirm the case name
Enter the exact case name in the confirmation field and click Delete.
Step 4: Confirm deletion
Click Confirm Delete to finalize removal. The case and all data uploaded to it will be deleted from the platform. Data can be recovered for up to 30 days after deletion.
