II. Customize your AI Receptionist

1. Choose a Voice

You can either create a clone of your own voice or select from 10 pre‑recorded options.

1️⃣ Clone your voice

  • Tap the red Record button.

  • Read the on‑screen script naturally (takes less than 30 seconds).

  • A voice clone is generated in under 10 seconds.

  • Preview, redo, or save your clone.

📌 Only one voice clone can be active at a time. Saving a new clone will overwrite the current one.

3. Adjust the number of rings

  • By default, calls ring 4 times before being sent to the Receptionist. Depending on your network, your phone may ring slightly fewer times.

  • You can adjust this from 2 to 10 rings.

  • This gives you time to decide whether to answer or let the Receptionist take over.

4. Customize your greeting and ending message

  • Greeting: The first message your Receptionist delivers. Keep it warm and professional.

  • Ending message: Played before the call ends. Use it to thank callers or provide next steps.

5. Set up Call Transfer

Automatically route calls to the right person based on caller needs.

  • Enter the recipient's name.

  • Enter their phone number.

  • Define scenarios (e.g., transfer billing calls to your billing line).

M1 Call Transfer

The Receptionist will transfer live calls when these conditions are met, helping you quickly connect high‑priority leads or route calls to the right team.

Examples:

  • High‑value lead (e.g., real‑estate inquiry above a set budget) → transfer immediately.

  • Billing questions → transfer to billing.

  • Multiple services or departments → route to the right representative.
