How do I upgrade to Teams?
Upgrading to Teams is simple:
1️⃣ Go to Settings.
2️⃣ Tap Invite Members.
3️⃣ Choose the Teams Plan subscription (available Monthly or Yearly).
If you don’t see the Teams option, make sure your app is up to date.
Once subscribed, you can start inviting team members right away!
How do I invite my team to join my Inbox?
Once you've upgraded to Teams, follow these steps to onboard your team:
1️⃣ In Settings, tap Invite Members to share your 6-digit invite code via text, email, or your preferred method.
2️⃣ Teammates download the M1 app using the link in the message.
3️⃣ On the Home screen, they tap Join a Team, enter the invite code received, and follow the steps to access your inbox.
Your team is now connected and ready to collaborate! ✅
Is there a limit to invited members?
No. With the Teams Plan, you can invite unlimited members to your inbox. 🚀
Can we handle multiple calls at the same time?
Yes! Your team can handle multiple calls simultaneously, all from the same number. No missed opportunities, just seamless teamwork.
What can my teammates see?
• Can my invited members see my Contact list?
No. Your saved contact list remains private. Even if you’ve given M1 access to your iPhone contacts, invited users will not be able to view them.
However, they will see the phone numbers of people you’ve called or messaged through M1 - ensuring smooth collaboration without exposing your full personal contact list.
• Will my teammates see my chats and text messages?
Everything visible in your M1 app - including call summaries, voicemails, voice memos, and text conversations - will also be visible to your team members once they join your inbox. There’s currently no way to hide specific messages or calls.
ℹ️ However, here’s an important distinction:
Call Forwarding only applies to calls
If you forward your personal number to M1, only your calls will be redirected and recorded in M1. If you send or receive text messages from your personal number (outside of M1), those messages will not appear in your M1 inbox, and your team won’t be able to see them.
So while all M1-visible content is shared with your team, anything outside M1 - like private SMS messages sent from your native phone app - remains private.
📝 Tip: If you’re unsure whether something will be visible to your team, just check your M1 inbox. If you can see it there, your team can too.
• Will my teammates have access to my full history?
Yes. Invited members will have access to the entire visible history on your M1 account, not just new calls and messages that come in after they join your inbox.
