M1 offers three flexible plans to match your needs. Choose between monthly or yearly billing, with discounts of up to 50% when you pay annually.

Single Line

Previously called the Pro Plan

For individuals who need one phone number.

  • Monthly: $29.99

  • Yearly: $199.99 (44% off)

πŸ’° If you're currently on a Single Line plan and upgrade to a Shared or Multiple Lines plan, you won't be charged for two subscriptions. Apple will automatically cancel your current plan and apply a prorated refund for the unused portion - so you're only paying for your new plan.

Shared Line

Previously called the Teams Plan

For teams who want to collaborate on one shared inbox.

  • Monthly: $39.99

  • Yearly: $259.99 (46% off)

Multiple Lines

How to switch plans

You can update your subscription anytime directly from the M1 app:

  1. Open the M1 app

  2. Go to Settings β†’ Manage Plan

  3. Tap Subscriptions to view your iPhone subscription settings

  4. Tap See All Plans

  5. Select the plan you want

πŸ“Œ Currently, all subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Apple will automatically apply a prorated refund for any unused portion of your current subscription when upgrading.

What happens when I upgrade to Shared Line or Multiple Lines?

If you're currently subscribed to the Single Line plan and decide to upgrade to a Shared Line or Multiple Lines plan, Apple will automatically cancel your previous subscription and refund the unused portion of your Single Line plan.

Here are a couple of examples to make this clearer:

Example 1 - Monthly to Monthly

You subscribed to Single Line Monthly for $29.99 on September 1.

On September 15, you upgrade to Shared Line Monthly for $39.99.

  • You'll be charged $39.99 for the new plan.

  • Apple will automatically refund the unused half of your previous subscription.

Rough estimate of refund:

Since the plan costs $29.99 per month and you used 15 out of 30 days, you'll be refunded roughly 50% of that amount - $29.99 Γ· 2 ≃ $15.

Example 2 - Yearly to Yearly

You subscribed to Single Line Yearly for $199.99 on September 1.

On November 1, you upgrade to Multiple Lines Yearly for $299.99.

  • You'll be charged $299.99 for the new plan.

  • Apple will refund the unused portion of your previous plan.

Rough estimate of refund:

Since the plan costs $199.99 for a year and you used 2 out of 12 months, here's how the refund breaks down:

  • $199.99 Γ· 12 months = $16.67 per month (rounded)

  • Used: 2 months Γ— $16.67 = $33.34

  • Refund: $199.99 - $33.34 = $166.65 (approximate refund amount)

πŸ“Œ The exact amount may vary slightly based on Apple's proration system and your billing cycle.
