⚠️ Important: Disable Call Forwarding If You Need to Remove M1
If you ever need to remove M1 from your device, make sure to disable Call Forwarding first to avoid any disruptions to your incoming calls.
If Call Forwarding remains enabled, calls to your primary number will not ring on your phone! Instead, they will continue forwarding to your M1 number, even after the app is removed.
To prevent this:
Go to your iPhone’s Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding → Toggle it OFF.
If you set up Call Forwarding using carrier codes, dial the appropriate disable code (listed below) before removing M1.
If you’re unsure whether Call Forwarding is disabled or need help turning it off, feel free to reach out to our Support team before removing M1.
