Silencing unknown callers allows you to automatically send calls from numbers not saved in your contacts directly to voicemail. This feature helps reduce interruptions from spam calls and unknown numbers while ensuring you don't miss important calls from your contacts.

Steps to Enable Silence Unknown Callers:

  1. Open the M1 App: Launch the M1 app on your device.

  2. Access Settings: Tap on the Settings icon located at the bottom right corner of the app.

  3. Select Silence Unknown Callers: In the settings menu, tap on Silence Unknown Callers.

  4. Enable the Feature: Toggle the switch to the On position.

    • The switch will indicate that the feature is active.

What Happens When You Enable This Feature:

  • Unknown Calls Are Silenced: Calls from numbers not in your contacts will be silenced and sent directly to voicemail.

  • Calls Are Logged: Silenced calls will appear in your Calls list within the M1 app, allowing you to review them later.

  • Known Contacts Still Ring: Incoming calls from people in your contacts will ring as usual.
