How to cancel your M1 subscription
You can cancel your subscription directly through your iPhone settings:

All billing and subscription management is handled by Apple. This means we are not able to cancel your subscription on your behalf.
⚠️ Important: Disable call forwarding ⚠️
If you had Call Forwarding enabled, it’s essential to turn it off after canceling your subscription or deleting the app.
Otherwise, calls to your primary number may continue to forward to your M1 number - even if the app is no longer installed - which could result in missed or undelivered calls.
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we’re unable to disable call forwarding for you. But you can easily turn it off directly from your iPhone settings.
