🗑️ How to delete your account:
Open the M1 app
Go to Settings by tapping the Settings tab
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete
Disable Call Forwarding (if enabled) – see important note below ⚠️
Tap “Yes, Delete” to confirm deletion
💬 What happens when you delete your account?
Your chat history, calls, and personal data will be permanently removed
If you choose to sign up again, you’ll start fresh with no previous data
📌 Note: This action cannot be undone.
⚠️ Important: Disable call forwarding before deleting M1
If you've set up call forwarding from your primary number to your M1 number, make sure to turn it off before deleting the app. Otherwise, calls to your primary number may continue forwarding to your M1 number - even after your account is deleted and the app is removed from your device.

ℹ️ We're not able to disable call forwarding on your behalf - this must be done directly from your phone due to carrier restrictions.
❌ Don’t forget to cancel your subscription
Deleting the M1 app or account does not cancel your subscription.
Since all payments are handled by Apple, you'll need to cancel your subscription directly through your iPhone settings to avoid being charged. Unfortunately, we're not able to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
Here's how to cancel:
Open your iPhone Settings
Tap your name > Subscriptions
Select M1
Tap Cancel Subscription
