We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your M1 account, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the M1 App

2️⃣ Go to Settings and tap the Settings tab.

3️⃣ Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Account.

4️⃣ Disable Call Forwarding (if enabled)

5️⃣ Tap “Yes, Delete” to confirm deletion.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Your chat history, calls, and personal data will be permanently removed.

• If you sign up again, your account will start fresh with no previous data.
