1. Understand the Binary Structure

  • Two Teams Only: Every consultant has a left and a right team. All enrollments must fall into one of these two legs.

  • Spillover: Upline enrollments may “spill over” into one side, but consultants cannot rely solely on spillover to build volume.

  • Balanced Volume = Income: Commissions are typically calculated on the weaker leg volume, so balanced growth is the goal.
