Orders are typically shipped within 72 business hours if the correct address is provided at the time the order is placed.
If an order has an address that cannot be verified by our shipping software, or if there is a question about the products selected on the order, the customer will be contacted via an email support ticket to ask for clarification on the address and/or products.
