Why Can't I Find My Personally Enrolled Member (PEM) In My Back Office?

When accessing the "My PEMs" area of your Back Office, only active members will be displayed. To view inactive members, you must click the "View Inactive" link just above the table (circled in red on the image below). Once you click that link, you'll be able to view all of your Personally Enrolled Members (PEMs) who are currently inactive.
