We do all of our commission payments through a third-party online banking service. Once you have your third-party online banking service account set up, you can choose to direct deposit your earnings to a USA based bank account, get a debit card (free of charge to you), or even get a check mailed to yourself. You get to choose how you would like to receive your money!
Once you have commissions in your account balance, your first withdrawal request through your Back Office will trigger your third-party online banking service account creation.
The create a withdrawal request, select "Business" and then "Withdraw Funds" from the left side menu (on a computer) or in the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of your screen (cell phone/device).
That first withdrawal request will trigger an email to be sent to you to set up your Green Organics account through our third-party online banking service.
When requesting funds, please note there is a $2.00 withdrawal fee for each transaction. The minimum amount for any single withdrawal is $3.00.
Example: You have an account balance of $30. Your withdrawal request must be for only $28.00 so the $2.00 service fee is covered.
When you receive the email from our third-party online banking service, it will look like the image above. Click “Create New User Account” and follow the process. Remember to verify your account with a second, separate email they will send after the initial set-up of the account. Once you create your account you will be able to login to the third-party online banking service directly from your HBN Back Office.
This is where you would login through your HBN Back Office once your third-party online banking service account has been created and verified. Enter your third-party online banking service login information, not your HBN login information.
From there, you can decide what you would like to do with your funds. You can also order a debit card to be sent to you if you so choose.
Once you have your debit card, all funds in your third-party online banking service account will be immediately accessible on the card. If you would like a direct deposit or paper check, you will need to login to your third-party online banking service account to specify that preference.
