You can take CBD oil Sublingually (under the tongue).

Sublingual delivery allows the compound to be absorbed by the capillaries in the mucous membranes, and directly into the bloodstream. The remainder is swallowed and allowed to slowly digest.

To take CBD oil sublingually, hold it under the tongue for up to a minute and a half so that the mucous membranes can absorb the cannabinoids. This bypasses the digestive system and liver.

The compounds reach your bloodstream and interact with the endocannabinoid system within minutes.

You can also ingest CBD oil if placing under the tongue is not possible.

Ingestion can often be the easiest method to deliver a dose of hemp compounds to a child or a beginner.

Swallowing the concentrated oil allows it to pass through the digestive system and metabolize in the liver. The active compounds then enter into your bloodstream. This exactly how most of your daily vitamins are delivered.

Many of our customers also use the CBD Oil topically, by rubbing directly on the skin, as needed.
