An Executive is someone with a minimum of 25 CV and one active Personally Enrolled Member (PEM) on their left and one on their right.

Because Retail Customers do not participate in the Incentive Plan they cannot be placed in the Binary on the left or right side, so they do not count towards Executive rank qualifications.
