As long as you keep your account active with 25 PV, binary volume will continue to build below you until you are qualified to earn the Binary Bonus (Executive Consultant rank).

Binary volume can be added to your legs by orders placed by your Personally Enrolled Members (PEMs) and members placed below you by others.
