Wholesale customers pay the discounted wholesale pricing. They receive an account that includes a Back Office that they can order from in the future. They are also in the Incentive Plan binary genealogy. They will automatically have their account upgraded to Consultant when they sell and/or sign up others.

Retail customers place a one-time order at retail pricing. They do not receive a wholesale account.
