To get started, simply share your personalized HBNGiftCard.com site link with others.

Replace the YOUR-SITE-ID with your Heart & Body Naturals ID number (if you have changed your replicated site name to something other than your ID number, share that name).

Your prospect will enter their information into the form on your HBNGiftCard.com site to create a free account and receive their $25 gift card.

After entering their information to create a free account, they will see this screen:

You will receive an email like the one below letting you know that a potential customer has created a free account and received their free $25 gift card. Their information will be contained in the email for your reference (outlined in red on the screenshot below).

Your prospective customer will receive an email like the one below, with their free $25 gift code prominently displayed at the top (highlighted in red on the screenshot below), and their Heart & Body Naturals free account ID number and password along with a convenient link to the Back Office login page (also highlighted in red on the screenshot below).

Your prospective customer can click the button in the email they receive and they will be taken to the HBN Back Office Login page. On that page, they will enter the ID number and password contained in their email.

Once they've logged in to their Back Office, your prospective customer will select "Purchase Products" from the menu and then proceed to the shopping cart to make their product selection(s). On the shopping cart checkout screen, your customer will enter the gift code they received in the "Gift Card #" box on the lower left of the screen (highlighted in red below) and then click "Continue" in the lower right (circled in red below).

On the final confirmation page, your customer will be able to see that their gift card has been applied. The total cost of their order will be reduced by $25.00, and the CV (Commissionable Volume) of the order will also be reduced by 25.

The customer will select "Process Order" to finalize their purchase, and they will receive a confirmation email like the one below.

Your new customer is now ready to begin sharing their own HBNGiftCard.com site with others if they choose to do so!
