On the date you've selected for your Auto-Delivery, our system will automatically process your order and charge it to either your commission balance or the credit card associated with your account. If, for any reason, your Auto-Delivery order is declined, you will receive a notification to the email on file for your account.

After your Auto-Delivery declines, the date of your order will be automatically moved three days into the future, and on the new date our system will make a second attempt to process your order. If, on the second attempt, your Auto-Delivery order is again declined, you will receive another notification to the email on file for your account.
After a second decline, the date of your order will be automatically moved another three days into the future, and on that date our system will make a third and final attempt to process your Auto-Delivery. If, on the third attempt, your Auto-Delivery is again declined, you will receive a third notification to the email on file for your account.
If your Auto-Delivery is declined three times, our system will automatically cancel the Auto-Delivery and it will be deleted from your Back Office.
