How to set up a campaign

Setting up a new Heartstyles campaign consists of several sections.

Once you have logged onto the Admin site, click on + New Campaign button to navigate to the Basic Details page, then follow these steps:

1. Campaign details

  • Enter Campaign Name: include Name, ​Month and Year​

  • Select the Organisation​

  • Select Campaign Type from the drop-down list​

  • If you're setting up a Self-Registration Campaign, select Yes and follow the instructions on here. If not, select No and proceed ​

  • Select 1 of our 28 Languages– This is the language of communication to participants.

2. Campaign duration

  • Proposed Close Date: When participants and respondents need to complete feedback. ​Note program does not close on this date​

  • Proposed report release date: PDG is available to participant to view results​

  • Locked Date: Defaults to 3 months from set up. Campaign is locked after this date, NO other activity can happen​

  • Auto-Launch Campaign – Select Yes if you want campaign to automatically launch and input a launch date​

  • Automatic Reminder – Select yes to send out automatic system reminders to participants.

3. Additional Details

  • Welcome message is an autogenerated message that goes out in language of choice and is displayed to participants once they have logged into the Heartstyles site. This text is editable​

  • Campaign or Company Logo (if required) – Click on image and upload your company logo​

  • Is this a YUM Campaign? Select Yes if participants have YUM SSO details​

  • Click Next - if the page does not move onto the next page, then a field still needs to be completed.​
