How to set up a Self Registration campaign​

A self-registration campaign allows participants with a unique campaign code to sign up to a campaign.

1.Campaign details

  • Enter Campaign Name: include Name, ​Month and Year​

  • Select your Organisation​

  • Select Campaign Type from the drop-down list​

  • Select Yes for your Self Registration Campaign​

  • Select the pack size for your campaign​

  • Enter the Coach email address section; this will ensure the email with the
    self-registration code is received.

  • Select 1 of our 28 Languages– This is the language of communication to the participants.

2.Campaign duration

  • Proposed Close Date: When participants and respondents need to complete feedback. ​Note: the program does not close on this date​

  • Proposed report release date: PDG is available to participant to view results​

  • Locked Date: Defaults to 3 months from set up. Campaign is locked after this date, NO other activity can happen​

  • Automatic Reminder – Select yes to send out automatic system reminders to participants ​
    and respondents to complete campaign.​

3.Assign a facilitator(s) to a campaign

  • Find the facilitator(s) for your campaign in the list of Available Certified Practitioners & Accredited Associates.​

  • Check the box to the left of their name​

  • Once complete click Next to progress to the next step​

  • If any of your facilitators are not listed or you need to remove someone from the list because they are no longer in the business, make a note of them and email adminsupport@heartstyles.com so ​they can update the list for you.​

4.Facilitator permissions (Optional)

If you want your facilitators to access the Personal Development Guides (PDGs) for a campaign, then you will need to give them permission. If you don’t want to assign permissions, you can click Skip to progress.​

  • Enter your facilitators name in the search user box and select them from the drop down​

  • Click on ​Add User

  • Adjust the dials to select the permissions you would like to assign to the facilitator​

  • Check that View only, Access Group Development Report, and Access Individual Report are checked for all facilitators​

  • Repeat the above steps for all facilitators​

  • Once complete click Next to progress to the next step​

  • If things change, you can always come back to this page and add and remove permissions, by clicking on the Permissions button on the left-hand navigation pane.

Add Extra Value Questions (Optional)

  • You can select a maximum of 10 questions​

  • Select standard questions from the drop down or add your own question by scrolling to the end of the drop-down list and selecting +Add your own question​

  • Once you are happy with your list of questions click Next to progress to the next step.

Review campaign and Launch:

  • Click Launch​

  • Check all details are correct and make any necessary edits. If you make any edits, you will be taken to the relevant section of the campaign set up. Once you have made your edits click on Launch Campaign in the top right-hand corner of the screen to return to the Campaign review page​

  • To launch manually you will see a Launch button in the bottom right-hand corner of the summary page. Click this to launch your campaign.
