How to manage a campaign

Once you have set up your campaign and it is active, there are a number of things you can still do to manage your campaign.

A. Basic Details​

You have permission to edit the campaign duration details until the Lock date has been reached. Just click on View Basic Details to make your changes​

B. Facilitators​

You can add and remove facilitators. Click on the Facilitators tab and then Manage Campaign Facilitators if you need to make changes​

C. Permission​

Click on the Permission tab. See page 6 for more details on how to add and remove permissions.

D. Extra Value Questions

Extra value questions CANNOT be added after a campaign goes live​

E. Campaign Demographics
You can add and remove demographics from your campaign. If you remove a demographic this will remove them from any participants in your campaign who had been assigned them. ​

If you add a demographic, then you will need to add it to your participants. You can do this manually or via a bulk participant upload. (see page 9 for details on how to bulk upload participants).

F. PARTICIPANTS

You can add and remove participants – see page 9 for details​

Manual Bulk Reminder only available if you have NOT selected automatic reminders​

  • Select Bulk Remind and this will send a reminder email to all incomplete participants​

Individual Reminder only available if you have NOT selected automatic reminders​

  • Click on the 3 vertical dots on the left by the individual's name and select Remind Participant.

Check on participant progress​:

  • Click on the Download Participant Excel button from the participant's page. This will download an excel spreadsheet that contains all the completion information for participants attached to the campaign​

  • You can use this information to track progress or send to market leads to help them encourage participants to complete​

  • You can also view Participant Progress in the displayed table by clicking on the Participants tab.​

  • If you add a participant after you’ve launched the campaign, then you will need to click on the Invite new participants or click the 3 vertical dots to the left of their name, Manage Participant and then select Invite Participant in the top right had corner to invite them to the campaign. If you miss this step, they will not be notified that they are part of the campaign.​

G. RESPONDENTS
The respondent table is similar to the participant's table. You can monitor your participants respondent completions, send bulk reminders.

H. TRANSACTIONS

This provides an audit trail on the activity of the campaign.​

You will have visibility of participants that have been added or deleted, number of packs ordered, and payment and invoice details
