How do I regenerate a PDG as an Admin?

To regenerate the PDG in the following instance:

  1. If a participant changes their language after the first PDG download, you’ll need to regenerate the PDG to reflect the new language version.

  2. If you encounter a "REPORT NOT FOUND" error message.

    Follow these steps:

    • Go to the Participants section.

    • Click the three vertical dots next to the participant’s name and select Manage Participant.

    • Click the PDG Report button.

    • Select Regenerate Report.
