When using the Bulk PDG download option, the system will generate a zipped folder containing all the PDGs. To access the folder, you'll be prompted for a password. The password is your USERNAME for your HSi login, and it is case-sensitive.
Please note that the bulk download will only include the PDGs displayed on the current page. You can adjust the number of participants shown per page (20, 50, or 100) to ensure all PDGs are included in a single zipped folder. If you have more than 100 participants, you will need to download the PDGs in multiple batches, as the maximum limit per download is 100 PDGs.
