If you did not complete your Survey you will need to sign in to your Heartstyles user account by visiting http://survey.heartstylesapp.com. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the prompts.
Once logged on, click the Continue button you will be returned to where you paused your survey and and continue answering the questions.
