To start your Heartstyles indicator survey, you need to follow these steps:
1. Click on the blue wording Begin Heartstyles from the invitation email you received. If
you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder, or search
for the term Heartstyles.

2. Set up a password if you do not have a Yum! ID, or log in if you are a
registered user. If you do have a Yum! ID, log in using your Yum! SSO credentials.
3. Accept the Terms of Service once logged in. Then, click on Start Survey and fill in your
personal details and click Continue.

4. Create your groups based on the Pack Size allocated to you. Note that if you have a
MyPack, you do not need to create groups.
5. Click Send Invites & Start Survey after setting up your groups, to answer all 75 questions. Remember to select both a self-score and a benchmark score for each question.
