You will need to be on your Personal Heartstyles profile in order to Manage Respondents. Use the link https://yum.heartstylesapp.com for YUM user or https://survey.heartstylesapp.com for independent user.
Manage Respondents button will allow you to remind, replace or move respondents between groups – you will only be able to replace or move respondents that are not complete.

The Respondent Progress widget will show you how far your respondents are and you can click on the reminder buttons as necessary or click on Manage Respondents to perform certain activities.
Replace or edit respondents by clicking the drop-down menu, delete and then replace them with the correct email or a different respondent email. Once done, save changes, and check that the invite is sent by clicking the drop-down arrow on the relevant group on the respondent widget.

As long as the respondent has not started or completed feedback you are able to move or replace them. Move them by clicking and dragging between groups.

If you need to replace a respondent that has already started or completed, we can reset their feedback. You will then be able to delete them and replace them. Please use the Help icon to request a reset for a respondent.
