Once report release date is reached, you will have a few options:
Download the PDG (traditional PDG)

Compare your results – Track My Journey (if this is not your first indicator)

By using the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, you can jump to the parts you are interested in (again, if this is your first PDG, it's best to read through from top to bottom).
Explore your results – interactive indicator
Once on your home screen, select the indicator you want to explore and click on the Explore results button to open the interactive indicator.

You will then be able to select any of the 3 graphs and select any style you'd like to explore.
You will be able to select a style you would like to explore from your self-score, benchmark, or others-score.
The information you get will be directly related to your score and what that could mean, how to increase or decrease the behaviour, and will offer you a chance to make some meaningful commitments towards change.
In the example below, I selected Relating – it gives me further descriptions, the heart attitude, what the style measures, and an interpretation of the actual score. As you scroll down, you will see tips on how to increase this behaviour and then specific tips depending on whether you are a leader or team member.

You can click between different styles as you try to understand your behaviour and its impact on your life and others. Enjoy the journey of exploration and discovery!
We are very excited to introduce our latest survey application enhancement - online Journaling through the interactive indicator.
As you click between different styles you are able to make notes of the things that stand out to you or resonate with you, and pin ideas on how to increase or decrease certain styles.
To access your Journal use the shortcut that will appear on the screen from time or time or return to your home screen and click the Journal tab.

You will be able to select the quadrant and then the style that you would like to review. You can jump back to the report or add further notes.
Have fun as you explore your indicator and begin journaling your thoughts, revelations, goals, and observations.
Compare Reports
You can compare 2 campaigns/indicators side by side to track your progress. Select the indicator campaigns you wish to compare.

You can still download the Track My Journey report if so desired – there is a download button on the top of the screen.
