How to replace a respondent

To replace or edit a respondent, you can delete or correct the email, and enter a different respondent email.

To replace a respondent, click the drop-down menu. Then, delete and replace them with the correct email or a different respondent email. Once done, click on Save Changes, and check that the invite is sent by clicking the drop-down arrow on the relevant group on the respondent widget.

If you need to replace a respondent that has already started or completed, support will need to reset their feedback. You will then be able to delete them and replace them. Please use the Help icon to request a reset for a respondent.
