If app is asking you to purchase a subscription once again, then follow this guide.
To activate a subscription you've purchased via facebook / instagram, you'll need to follow these steps:
Open Hearty App Click on Use Existing Account
2. Enter an email address you were gifted
Enter a 4 digit login code, from an email that we've sent you. If you didn't receive your code, please check your spam folder, or contact our support
If you don't see that option, follow these steps:
Click on the "profile" icon in the bottom
Click on "My Account"
Click on "Login"
Enter an email address you were gifted
Enter a 4 digit login code, from an email that we've sent you. If you didn't receive your code, please check your spam folder, or contact our support
