To refund your purchase on iOS you'll have to go though official process provided by apple
First visit this link from Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
From there you’ll have to select - “request refund” and specify reason - "other"
After clicking next - you’ll see a list of your purchases, select Hearty app, from the list
Then you can click submit and you’ll be good to go
