Restoring App Store Purchase

You might encounter an issues when app will ask to make a purchase again, even though you've already subscribed & didn't cancel.

This might happen after you switch to a new device or reset you existing one, etc.

To resolve this issue, please to try follow these steps

  1. Go to Profile tab in Hearty App

  2. Click on Subscription button

  3. Click on Restore Previous Purchases button

  4. If everything is fine you should receive Restore Complete message. Afterwards you might need to restart Hearty App for changes to fully apply
