Follow these steps to cancel your Heatmap subscription:
Step 1: Access Your Account
• Log into your Heatmap account.
• Click on The name of your Account in the bottom-left corner.
• Select Profile from the options provided.
Step 2: Navigate to Subscriptions
On the left-side menu, click on Subscriptions.
Step 3: Cancel Your Plan
• Locate the website associated with your subscription.
• Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) under the Actions column.
• Select Cancel Plan from the dropdown options.
Once the processes that follow are completed, your subscription cancellation will be processed.
